Advance Exchange Program

With our Advance Exchange POS Program, we will stock products that we can ship out to you same day or next day.

We issue an RMA Number to you for the piece of equipment that needs to be repaired. The customer then sends in the defective equipment and we will repair it and send it back within 10 business days.

This program is similar to our Flat Rate Program, but is meant for the customers that need a faster turnaround time to get their POS equipment returned.

Flat Rate/Standard Program

Our Flat Rate POS Repair Program offers turnaround times of 24-48 hours and with special pricing that is determined before the product is sent to us. Contact us today to find out more.

Depot Program

Our Depot POS Repair Program is a contractual repair program with 24-48 hour turnaround times.

Discount pricing is based on the number of units and their estimated A.F.R. (Annual Failure Rate).

This type of repair option is designed for businesses with a large amount equipment and need a reliable partner in order to keep their POS Equipment running smoothly and efficiently.
